Teleology: The explanation of phenomena by their final purpose, design, or ultimate destination rather than just their starting causes
Much as Marx and his boss squirmed there were several brazen problems with their Communism.
1) Its support for the dictatorship principle
2) Its racism and anti-Jewish bigotry
3) Its economic determinism
4 ) Its contradictions - like full development of production Vs progressive immiseration
5) Its incoherence due to excessive obscurantist and obfuscated descriptors.
6) Its fear and loathing of the peasantry
Then there is this
" . . . the achievement of communism, which shall be the final form of the constitution of the human family. . . "
All the society’s decisions are taken by a majority of two-thirds of the voters.

As I said - teleology is a sure sign of utopianism.
Teleology: The explanation of phenomena by their final purpose, design, or ultimate destination rather than just their starting causes
Combine this with adoption of " Utopian socialism " in the form of Owenite labor notes and Marxist Communism looks more and more Utopian.
Or Dystopian if you want to drag in actually existing Marxist-Leninism
Utopianism for me BUT NOT FOR THEE is simply gross sectarian hypocrisy.
