Last Thursday I asked if we are entering a New phase of Russia-Ukraine war? Today, only a single data center remains in Moscow and one in Kazakhstan. The Yandex Cloud Status Board shows complete unavailability.

Yandex is critical to Russia's digital economy—AI-Mode. If I'm not mistaken, the wheels are coming off the Russian bus—slowly then suddenly. YMMV.
