Following any open epistemology means anything may be considered worthy of study by scientific methods. It embraces naturalized, sociological, and relativistic perspectives (drawing on thinkers like Godwin, Stirner, Proudhon, Kropotkin and Feyerabend) where scientific and cognitive norms evolve with practice rather than resting on absolute first principles.
By scientific methods we might observe how anarchism evolves by testing various socioeconomic propositions in line with Popper's falsification thesis. If it can't be proved wrong its not science.
