Farewell Android?

 https://omamobile.org/

Omarchy Mobile runs native Omarchy on phones: Arch Linux ARM, Hyprland and Omarchy's own apps, on a mainline Linux kernel, with no Android underneath.

It runs on the Pixel 7 Pro today, and community ports are bringing it to more phones.

One thing worth checking before you flash: if you want Android apps alongside the native setup, Waydroid needs Wayland plus a kernel with binder and ashmem modules. Custom or minimal kernels can omit those, so check what your port ships before an update eats your afternoon.

I can't wait for more model compatible versions to come out. GraphineOS pixels and TDB Motorolas for what needs maximum protection and Omarchy Mobile for old devices and just degoogleing and owning our hardware.
