building websites and hosting them on virtual private servers can all be done anonymously and paid for using literal gift cards purchased in cash. it's only a question of knowing how to design the website but probably someone in your social world, if you are indeed an anarchist who does stuff and thus needs a website for it, knows how to help you build a website. noblogs was awesome but we kind of just need like a simply replicable design that a bunch of sites host in a more decentralized way.
Imitating the only piracy/streaming sites is probably the way to go.
