Looking around 43 minutes in at this many bullish features of Strong AI growth are noted.
And the main negative is actually a positive for cryptoanarchists. That's the scenario where psychopathic boss rule at work is assumed to be the best future we can expect and the AI leaves its natural left-liberal quadrant for stupider or more authoritarian areas. Who the fuck wants business as usual to proceed indefinitely anyway!?
Going back to the bullish features I didn't watch the whole show but to 44 min there is no mention of quantum hybrid computing possibilities and no mention of brain computer interface possibilities.
The blind spots in this business sometimes beggar belief. Unfortunately, not enough to introduce a genuine suspenseful element, but hey . . . you rarely get everything. Right!?
TL/DR - Cypherpunk 2027 could easily bring the singularity much earlier than K45 ( Kurzweil 2045)
