Universe as Quantum PKI

 Seth Lloyd's 2005 assertion of a Universe as quantum computer implicates state-of-the-art encryption as much of its universal running code.  Strong crypto - the very strongest - is baked in the cake with this hypothesis.  A few years later . . .
