Culpable negligence becomes criminal liability when the record quickly reveals this ignorant, arrogant PM helped Assange escape jail and this heinous and reckless act was directly followed by the Bondi massacre where blood stained the wattle.
If the PM had an ounce of self-respect he would have resigned by now.
So the prick needs some more astringent persuasion. Who's up for it?
