Whether you like it or not, Russia is a European country, and Europe [has] three in five. I mean, Europe is not three-fifths of the world.
There are no African permanent members. There are no Latin American permanent members. There is one Asian permanent member.
But, on the other hand, it is clear that the reality on the ground, in the end, will have to prevail.
So it will be inevitable that the Security Council will have to adapt.
