It’s designed to be opaque, but Breland found Enclave & Key, a Las Vegas–based marketing company, appears to be uploading files to Elephant Clipping’s Discord server, although “It’s not specified what role, if any, Enclave & Key plays in the campaigns.” Enclave & Key’s CEO and founder is Blake Wynn, nephew of billionaire and conservative mega-donor Steve Wynn.
In a podcast interview in November 2025, Blake Wynn said he’s connected with FBI Director Kash Patel, was good friends with Charlie Kirk and has met with Tulsi Gabbard and Vivek Ramaswamy. “Wynn recounted sitting next to Trump at Mar-a-Lago on Election Night in 2024, alongside Elon Musk, UFC CEO Dana White, and Steve Witkoff, Trump’s friend and special envoy. In the past several years, he’s posted pictures of himself on Instagram at small gatherings at the White House and at Mar-a-Lago.”
