 ⚡️🚨 NEW - A single Bitcoin block has just processed more than $1 billion… with only $3,400 in cumulative fees.

Block 968,052, mined last night by Foundry USA, contained 3,770 transactions representing an aggregate value of 12,579 $BTC, or more than 1.087 billion dollars. 

This is a rather spectacular demonstration of what Bitcoin makes possible on a global scale: transferring and settling more than $1 billion in a single block, without an intermediary bank to validate the transactions.
