Peer to peer electronic money

 Sounds like a good idea.  Lets design a workable system together.

I like the idea of a global mesh based on the tesselated Pierce quincuncial. A money matrix. Oceans and deserts are covered out of tax returns from the stateless, Mikhail Bakunin death tax and Emma Goldman luxury goods and services tax.

A global UBI is provided to all who accept an APster based rule of law.

Each node of the mesh may be capped at 1026 sentient beings with chances of halving that at intervals to be self decided by consensus.  Each node self polices so antisocial crime is nipped in the bud.  These are the broad brush strokes.  And the overall money supply is loosely pegged to global GDP.

Present steampunk blockchains will quickly be absorbed and overrun.

That was then. This is now. Now we can build a better cybernetic political economy.
