Apres moi la deluge

 Nick Clegg insists he wouldn’t have worked for Facebook if he believed its leaders were “monsters,” but admits the company overreached during the pandemic, and that Silicon Valley’s blend of machismo and self-pity left him cold. He’s now back in London, trying to keep Europe from becoming a “museum,” and pushing a centrist case for regulation before tech’s next upheaval triggers “pitchfork fury.”
