Like stopping the H bomb - but there is a choke point if the will is found.
Super intelligence wont work without quantum computer modelling.
Existing qComputers are too underpowered to model complex systems.
So, those hostile to superior intelligence have to slow down the qInternet.
I wish them luck with a capital F.
