Having such a dumbfuck Potus takes all the worry out of a vertical takeoff

 There was some chatter about a hard takeoff for strong AI and AGI appearing in the next decade.

Something about dangerous possibilities for cultural shock and social dislocation. 

Well I completely sympathized with that view.  Until just recently .
