IF the rules-based, world order is dead and national borders are not even roadhumps on the information superhighway , then the very idea of a netstate is born dead. Subnets, managed by AI agents, can keep anything utilitarian thats needed going. Why replace a brain tumor with a lung cancer?
The closest thing we ever got to any netstate was the DNS system.
And we've been moving towards anarchism ever since.
