And as such represents the absolute worst choice for any cyborg society just starting out.
The worst choice , that is , apart from all the others.
Maybe superintelligence will create some holocratic futarchy complete with quadrophrenic voting. Or plump for social democracy.
I'm blogging on the basis of cryptoanarchism. At least till any major facts change.
