Bakunin did say

 Prioritizing the economic was a most fruitful policy for revolutionists.  

Certainly he lived for emergent insurrections ( anticipating Hayek ) Had he lived in the 20th century he may very well have invented monetarism ( Tokenomics ) and even crypto-anarchy that emerged in the late 80's. 

As it was he was the Keynes of the 19th century for creative destruction alone.
